Had a great experience here with a routine eye exam. The online scheduling is great and a few hours after I scheduled, someone from the staff called me to talk about my insurance. ... I was seen promptly and was in and out within about half an hour, which is just perfect for trying to squeeze in an appointment during the workday. The staff was also extremely responsive to a couple of follow-up questions by email.

Dr. Chaudri and her team at Cosmopolitan Eye Care could not be more professional, efficient, friendly, courteous and helpful. Walking in the office the first time, I was put at ease immediately, and didn't have to wait--though I arrived very early for the appointment. Dr. Chu and the staff here are extremely knowledgeable, informative and professional. They are organized and I am always seen within a few minutes of my appointments. The office is located within Lens Crafters which makes this convenient for me. I would recommend Dr. Chu.

I went to see Dr. Chu for an eye check up. She is wonderful, friendly, warm, and efficient. The office is clean and conveniently located. She did a great job explaining to me why my eyes tend to be on the slightly drier side, and gave me some tips (related to blinking! things I never think about) on how to prevent the eye dryness. I would highly recommend this place and Dr. Chu for eyecare!
