  I am very impressed with Core Plumbing. I set up an online drain cleaning appointment around 5:30 PM for the following day. Don called at 8:00 on the same day I made the appointment and apologized that due to the type of calls already scheduled for the next day they were unable to make this appointment. He referred me to another company (US Jetting & Drain) that took my call after hours and actually analyzed my situation at around 9:00 PM.
  
  Although Core Plumbng did not perform any work I will definitely use them in the future based on their responsiveness and professionalism. Both Core Plumbing and US Jetting & Drain went beyond my expectations. Keep up the high level of customer service. Nice job!

  So easy to make an appointment and so nice to have all the verification with text and email. David and Johnny arrived when they said they would and with the promised pre-notification. They were polite arrived in a well marked truck and with uniforms so there was no doubt who was there to take care of my plumbing problem. They got right to work, made an assessment, gave me an estimate and after my ok got right to work. It was a well done job, a replacement of my out door hose bib. I was pleased and when I went to check on the area after they left I even found my hose hooked back up. From the big details to the little details I was pleased with Core Plumbing.

  I called Don Saturday afternoon with an issue from my refrigerator ice maker line to the valve. He told me may have a tech free but it would depend on the job they were just getting to. He promised to call me back and did promptly. I had called 3 other plumbers and one of them being a big name company and have yet to hear back from the others. Don did not have a tech available but said he could get someone out first thing Monday morning. We had contained the water so I was fine with the appointment.
  
  They have a text system that ensures confirmation of the appointment. I received a call at 8:30 am the tech was on his way and was greeted by Josh who is the man! He was friendly, courteous and clear about what he was going to be performing. He gave me a quote before any work was started so I was comfortable with the price range and was in and out under the hour. He informed me my water heater was older and talked with me about options there. I will be calling Core with any future issues!

  We needed a couple of pluming issues resolved that a home inspection turned up, so we again turned to Core to get the work done. David did a nice job, as has always been the case and is always very friendly. As a testament to his quality of work the inspector made specific mention of the nice welding that he had previously been done. It's a relief knowing that we can always call Core to be honest, reliable, and that we will receive quality workmanship.

  THE BEST!!!! I accidentally dropped my diamond earring from my mother who passed away 7 years ago down my drain tonight while getting ready. Of course I was in a panic! So I called the first people I found on yelp and DON immediately answered the phone at 9:30pm. As a small business they weren't able to come out to see me until Wednesday and instead he walked me through every step of retrieving the earring from the drain. I now have my earring back.
  
  Don was willing to forgo getting paid to help me out tonight and in the end I will recommend him to everyone and use him anytime I need plumbing help no matter the cost!
