Hired this company to have someone come out to check out a house before I bought it and man did he know how to do his job and he's great guy too . The inspectors name is Daniel Morson . Definitely took his time and was very thoroughly inspecting the house made shure he was on your side and not the sellers and was very good at explaining the bads and the goods thanks dan really appreciate your time and help . Highly recommend inspector definitely does his job pass regular standards also want to let everyone know too that we had to higher TWICE for two different homes and he always gave 150 percent

A complete Inspection! Found every issue and broke everything down to me. Daniel Morson went above and beyond doing our home inspection. He was already there setting up the radon inspection by the time I arrived. Daniel was very detailed doing the home inspection and answered all questions that me and my wife had. He could've easily observed and notated any issues inside of a crawl space under the kitchen without going inside of it. ...
