I highly recommend this Veterinary clinic!! I live in Miami Beach and was visiting NYC with my miniature dachshund Blossom. As an 11 year old, paralyzed pooch, she just didn't look well. My boyfriend had heard this vet was good, so I called an got an appointment the next day. Blossom was treated like royalty and the entire staff are very caring, kind, and warm. The clinic actually feels more like a cozy home, than a typical vet's office. Dr. Gagliardi was very thorough and has a calm demeanor. I wish I could find a veterinary clinic this good in Miami.

Dr. Gagliardi is also involved in various animal advocacy activities and causes. This is so important to me as an animal lover. The day we went, while there, he was treating three fostered cats for free!! You can really feel he cares and has your pet's wellness as a top priority. As a pet owner over several decades, I can truly say he's the best vet I've encountered!! I highly recommend Cooper Square Clinic!!! -

Dr. G. is knowledgeable and very dedicated -- available off hours by phone and email. It is obvious that he cares a great deal about the pets that he treats. The staff is fabulous -- friendly and great with pets. Highly recommend. -

I was fostering a cat through an organization called Kitty Kind and they partner w Dr. G to care for their rescues. My cat had what appeared to be a sore on her mouth so Kitty Kind arranged for a visit w Dr G and he was very helpful in explaining what my cat was experiencing and how we should treat it.

Four months later, I have adopted the cat and the symptoms returned. I took her to a local vet (I live in Queens) and explained to him that she had this sore once before and how it was treated last time. He asked to see the report from the previous vet visit, which I didn't have because I was fostering at the time. I called Cooper Square and left a message on their answering system on a Saturday afternoon while I was in the vets office in Queens and within minutes Dr. G called me back! He read the report to me and explained his previous treatment approach, gave some advice and emailed the entire report to me. His quick turnaround time and compassion is greatly appreciated! I wish I lived closer because j would definitely stick with him for animal care needs if I could!

Dr. G can seem a bit abrasive at first but he's very smart and has your pet's best interest. I have a pet with a chronic illness and he's been treating him for years. He really improved the quality of life for my pet. Once he sees that you're willing to go the extra mile for your pets' health he really warms up to you.
