Michael got his start in the HVAC business when he enlisted in the Navy, then graduating from Thier technical trade school. upon leaving the Navy he has taken numerous trade courses including a 2-year program at NYU for advanced HVAC design. his love of the HVAC field, and his desire to own his own business developed into the great company that Cool Works is today. ... As my condenser is at least 10 years old, I was relieved that they didn't try to pressure me to replace it, so I felt like I was dealing with mechanics and not salespeople. I also run a service based business, so I have high expectations when it comes to courtesy and care and CoolWorks really met those expectations.

I had a very positive experience with Cool Works. Mike was informative, and CW was the only one of three different companies to check my duct work and the air conditioning drain pipe throughly. They did a great job installing our new A/C system and I am happy to give them a great review.

Had several condenser and evaporator units which had not been cleaned or maintained in several years. One smelled of mildew. Randy and his assistant came and cleaned them out quickly and efficiently. I also learned quite a bit about the units from Randy. Pricing was competitive and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I live in a hundred year old brownstone and called Cool Works to repair a gas line leak. Randy the technician was knowledgeable and upfront about everything that needed to be done, which was very appreciative. You could tell he was very experienced and knew what he was talking about. Their price was fair and I took advantage of the voucher on Yelp which saved me $50. They will be my go to company next time I have a problem. Thank you!!

This was my first time using Cool Works. I had a problem with my heating system and this was the first company I found on google. After seeing that they service some pretty impressive companies, I decided to give them a try and hoped for the best. Surprisingly, they dispatched workers to my apartment the SAME day. They ordered the part they needed to replace and were back the following day to finish up the job. I could not have asked for an easier company to work with and will be using them again.
