  I operate Naturalcare Cleaning Service and on Monday our computers were DOWN. We couldn't gain access to our system, emails or phone log. We called several companies but none who could get this fixed for us on the same day. Computer- Wiz sent Austin to our location. He was awesome and explained everything great. He checked to make sure everything was good before leaving. We will be contacting Computer- Wiz in the future for any problems. Thanks again Austin!

  I have utilized the service of Computer-Wiz for some time now for my business: everything from software issues, hardware issues, backup issues, and even a pesky virus or two. The staff is phenomenal, the service is prompt, and the results are excellent. The good folks at Computer-Wiz understand a true business emergency and they do their very best to respond quickly. I have never been disappointed and I next plan to utilize their services for a temporary office move in the coming months and computer upgrade when I return to my renovated offices next year. I especially like that they offer "blocks of services" for a pre-paid price at a discount. They are efficient, timely, and professional in all that they do!

  There is only one word that can truly describe the team at Computer-Wiz - LIFESAVERS! These guys are simply the best there is. Extremely professional, fast, friendly and reliable. Hands down they are the best in town.

  Jonathan and his team at Computer Wiz are absolute experts in all things computer, including hardware, software, security, networks, and more! Their emergency response has been phenomenal and their advice and guidance has been invaluable. Their pricing is value added and they even allow the purchase of "blocks of time" in advance that provides an even greater value -- perfect for my business needs. I have had repeated blocks of unused time since I first began using them some months ago and I plan to continue doing so because Computer Wiz will remain my go-to vendor for computer services, computer repair, and network maintenance. In addition, Jonathan is an AWESOME personality who could write a book on customer service. He understands business and responds accordingly. I wish I could give ten stars!

  I've used Computer Wiz for a few years now. They have both Mac and Windows people, but I mostly use the Mac help. They've been able to come to my home and set up networking that serves both Windows and Mac users. And when I have purchased new computers over the years, they have helped me transition seamlessly and quickly, so my work can continue almost uninterrupted. Above all, I feel personally assisted, which is in direct contrast to the couple times we've tried more institutionalized services like Geek Squad - customers are just a number with those but not with Computer Wiz. You won't regret using Computer Wiz - I know I haven't.
