  This place is a little Austin gem! Scott is very friendly and personable. Figured out my laptop issue in minutes and will be ordering parts and getting my laptop up and running within the week. Very happy with his customer service! Highly recommend this PC repair store to anyone local.

  My current pc which had the OS WINDOWS XP was in need of repair. I took it to Computer Medic and Scott was up front with me... I really needed to upgrade since some parts were no longer available for my XP computer. I live on a very, very strict budget and Scott worked with me on a new computer I could afford. This new computer is awesome!!! Its so fast, I absolutely LOVE IT! The staff at Computer Medic are friendly and I highly recommend Scott and Computer Medic. I will definitely use Scott as my "New Computer Guy." --- Thanks Scott, I am loving my pc!!!

  I have an immediate need for help with my Sony Vaio tablet computer. The fan was going out and I was heading out the next morning for work. I called at 4:30pm and was told to come right over that they would try to accomodate me. Within minutes my computer was being looked at. We got a great solution to the problem and I was out the door in 1.5 hrs with my computer up and running. I love the immediate attention, Scott's knowledge of computers and the speedy service. This week could have been really bad but Scott's assistance corrected the problem. Thanks Scott!!

  These people are great. I had a very complicated issue when the hard drive on my laptop bit the dust... it took a long time to fix, but that was due to the nature of the problem itself, not their service. They were very friendly, personable, and patient the entire time. Their rates were incredibly reasonable--considering how much time they spend working on my problem, they could easily have charged me 3 to 5 times what they actually did. If I have any other problems, I will definitely come back.

  Scott is one of the best computer repair guys in Austin. I've bought two refurbished laptops from him that worked great. He helped me when I had viruses on my PC and got a good virus program for it. I've been going to him for years and will continue to recommend him to people.
