William came in and took a situation/job over that I was feeling a tremendous amount of anxiety over (due to a couple of curveballs and some interactions with a AV designers who was over priced and rude) and just nailed it! Well really I guess he mounted it.
He did such a great job, and had a wonderful communication process and attitude throughout.
I just can't recommend am individual and their services more highly than I would this person.
