As women, mothers, and patients ourselves, we understand how a beautiful surrounding and warm, kind and caring staff interactions can improve the way you feel as much as any medication. We love beautiful things, and you will see this in every detail of our office, which looks more like a well appointed home than a medical setting. When you come into the office you are our guest, and our customer service philosophy is based on the golden rule, to treat each patient as we would like to be treated ourselves.

Everyone was polite, kind, and professional. Tiffany Hall was very helpful with check-in. She has a bright smile. Joanne made me feel at ease and was a good listener. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Hardwick-Smith. She was very thorough and thoughtful giving the explanation of the surgery and caring regarding my needs and concerns. These were sensitive subjects handled professionally. I share her love of sewing!

They are amazing! I see Dr. Macintosh and I can't tell you how awesome she is, she looks into everything, she really listens to you and takes the time you make sure all your concerns are addressed. The staff and the nurses are great as well, I wish I could give them more stars!

I'm one of Dr. Mason's patients and she's the cutest and sweetest! Dr. Mason moved from the Pearland location to the Tanglewild location. I was sad because the Pearland location was extremely convenient to me but because Dr. Mason is so awesome, I decided to follow her ! She's very professional and establishes rapport with you that ends up making you feel comfortable! I absolutely would recommend Dr. Mason as a OBGY doctor!! ... -

I've been a patient of Dr. Kelly for about 4 years now, and when I found out I was pregnant in 2015 and miscarried, I was very well taken care of for my D&C by the doctor on call, my follow up with my doctor was very informative, basically in every and any way possible you'd expect to be treated during such a sensitive time, this team of doctors and nurses definitely fulfill. In October 2016 I found out I was pregnant again, and any type of concern it question I had, calls were delivered back to me very quickly (no later than 2 hours) my NP Kristen was such a sweetheart, Dr. Kelly makes you feel very confident and you're very well taken care of. ...

Loved everything about the office. Warm comfortable, and comforting. I have the pleasure of being one of Dr. Mason's patients. She was very lovely and comforting. Upon meeting me for the first time she sat on a chair next to me in her office as I sat on a couch. That little detail made my whole visit because instead of sitting behind her desk she sat with me to show she truly cares. Everyone in the office is professional, sweet, informative, and comforting. No matter what you're going their for you'll feel at ease.
