  Paul and the other bike whisperers here are as helpful as they are honest and straightforward. I'm so lucky to live so close! I wouldn't take my bicycle anywhere else. The vibe is great too--if you're lucky, there might be a doggy or two about. Thanks again guys!

  What can I say? Some of the best service I've received from any company I've worked with. I brought 2 bikes in that I bought off Facebook marketplace for tune ups. A week after my tune up one of the bike's chains broke. I emailed Rob, the next day he came to my house to pick up the bike and have it repaired. Brought it back that same night. When I'm in the market again for a bike I'll be buying new and I'll get it here.
