… Macaroni was able to positively identify where they were living and we used their confirmation paperwork to negotiate directly out of our apartment lease, since the building management refused to heat treat (the only guaranteed method to rid them) the infestation.

Besides the expense of having all of our belongings heat treated and the stress that is any moving situation, we're beyond grateful to Colorado Bed Bug K9. Walter set us on a path to a new living situation where we can sleep soundly and safely at night. Highly recommend. -

Walter and Macaroni are the BEST!!!! We've used them twice and Walter is one of the kindest people I've met. I've been meaning to write this recommendation since January and I can't let another day go by. Both times we used Walter, he didn't find any bugs, thank goodness. But my husband and I were so nervous we had them...Walter eased our minds and helped us calm down. It's a very emotional experience, believe it or not, and Walter helped us relax and take it all step by step. He is 100% professional and knows everything about bed bugs. He gave us so much information and advice...it was worth every penny. I hope we never have another scare again but if we do, I will absolutely be calling Walter.

Walter is truly one of the good guys. After finding him on Yelp, I sent him an email about my son who had just found BB's in the Denver apartment he had just moved into 3 weeks prior. I'm in Arizona. Within 24 hours, Walter emailed me some very valuable advice checklists and followed up with a re 15 minute phone call to offer further advice and help. Although his services were probably not needed since the BB's had already been detected, he took his professional time to do all of this. Free of charge. Seriously. Free of charge. He wished me a remarkable day and followed up by saying if we needed further help, he was a text away. This man is a rare gem. Highest recommendations.

I could not recommend both handler and dog more highly! When my condominium association got bedbugs, we were frantic. Walter Penny and Macaroni were a joy to work with. So friendly and professional. Walter made all of the owners and residents feel comfortable with the procedure. Macaroni is well trained and well behaved; he and Walter did a complete and perfect job, both before and after (heat) treatment. We are now bug free!
