After paying for many years and having the worst IRS agent there could be Colonial Tax helped me out! This was not an easy process for me since this was all in my name and my ex husband had to pay this per our divorce agreement. After I was done with every thing I had some questions for Rick and he helped me out. Even sent me all my releases from the IRS and still monitors my account.

My son was having tax issues and failed to file his taxes for several years. The IRS eventually caught up with him and after the IRS had assessed him with Substitute for Return balances, the IRS claimed he owed more than $850,000 once all the penalties were included. This was a staggering and overwhelming dollar amount so I contacted Colonial Tax Consultants who went to work right away. They were able to get the IRS to settle for $50.00. Literally $50 on an $850,000 balance. I was blown away. If you are experiencing any IRS tax problems, I highly recommend this company. I hired Optima tax to help me with my issue. They did absolutely nothing for me other than charging me $5000. Colonial Tax actually resolved my tax issue for a fraction of the cost. It was done in a very timely and professional manner. I was thrilled with their service and results. This company is the real deal. If you have a tax issue I highly recommend that call them. You will not be disappointed.

... For those who were in my shoes and are wondering whether to enlist Colonial, I can only tell you that you will be making a mistake if you do not. Mind you, Colonial is not one of those 'give us $499 and we will fix your tax problems' companies. Colonial is a professional organization that will diligently provide you with the highest quality service possible.

I can't express my how grateful I am for all the hard work Michelle Herrington put forth on my case. She worked hard and kept me updated on what was happening. Her expertise and dedication were quite apparent. Not only did she resolve my case, but she said they would continue to work on some state issues with me and for that I am thankful.
