I do my research whenever I purchase any service, especially when for buying a home, which is why I chose Scott as my inspector.

Scott was very professional from the start, even though he made a small mistake during the process, he quickly fixed it. However, the seller's agent wasn't easy to work with, and gave him a very hard time. She even prohibited Scott from further inspecting the house.
... He is the person I want to work with whenever I buy a home in the future. -

When I went into contract on my (now) new home, my Real Estate Agent said she hoped she could get Scott on such short notice because he was thorough. I had the pleasure of watching him work (except the crawl spaces--not gonna do it). He is VERY thorough. I'm so lucky he was available to us because his expertise, affability, and willingness to educate was refreshing.

I hired Scott to do an inspection of my home that I plan to sell. Scott is a nice and personal individual who impressed me with his knowledge of the construction field. He took the time to explain his findings and the recommended repairs. Scott identified some of the problems with the workmanship of a recently purchased HVAC system that was installed by a major HVAC service provider. I would never have known these issues since I relied on the reputation of the company. I contacted the business as the system was still under warranty. His report is so detailed and the photos makes it easy to understand. I would highly recommend Scott for sellers and buyers to do their Home Inspection.
