  Words cannot express my gratitude for the professionalism, legal expertise, thoughtfulness and dedication of Tom Murphy and his partners at Cogan and Power. Tom took on my case and stuck with it for the long haul. He believes in justice for his clients and fights fiercely for it. He is a brilliant lawyer who examines every angle and each detail of a case to earn you the best possible outcome. Additionally, he has the legal knowledge and expertise to outwit and outsmart the defense. On top of being and incredible lawyer, Tom Is a genuinely kind and compassionate man. I am extremely pleased with the work Tom Murphy did for me and I am proud to call him a friend.

  I've known George Brugess since the late 90's and his professionalism and friendliness is what made me feel confident he would have my best interests at heart. He always made time for me when I had concerns, and followed through 100% on matters that would be best for my family and myself. He is more than an advocate for you in your time of need, but also someone who truly takes the time to listen, and make sure you are well taken care of. I've recommended him to colleagues facing challenges, and he has always come through. You can be certain you will be in good hands with George.

  I have worked with George Brugess for many years on a number of FELA cases, and in my opinion he is one of the best. As a union representative for the United Transportation Union for over 30 years on the local level, I can truly say that George has the best interest of the individual he represents.
  
  Having worked with a number of law firms over the years, you get a sense of who cares and who is doing it for the money. George cares. Not only that but he is great at what he does. If you have a case, George will get you the best settlement possible.

  I have dealt with a few other law firms, and this by far is the best. George Brugess and John Power represented me and I couldn't have asked for a better team! I could really tell they cared for me and my family more than just getting the verdict. I appreciate there kindness! I recommend this firm to everyone who wants results, not just empty promises.

  Michael handled my case with great attention to every minute detail. He thoroughly explained me every step of the process and constantly updating me with case updates. I would happily recommend Cogan & Power to those who are looking for personal injury lawyers in Chicago.
