Cocina fusion made our wedding day even better than we could have imagined! The food was cooked to perfection and every guest raved about it. The staff is so helpful and made sure our guests were satisfied with the food and drinks they received. Juliana was amazing to work with. She is very organized and was very accommodating to make sure our vision came to fruition. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with them and will definitely use them again for other events we host!

Cocina Fusion did an outstanding job catering our wedding. We worked with Marcela, and from start to finish of our process, she was professional, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. We opted for a family-style Latin Fusion menu featuring chipotle chicken, chimichurri steak, rosemary potato wedges and grilled vegetables, all of which were delicious and well received by our guests. Throughout our reception, the Cocina Fusion staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had enough food and drinks (very important to keep the bride and groom fueled!), and Marcela even made a special trip to pick up more Bourbon after we ran out mid-event. I can't say enough good things about Cocina Fusion's value and high quality service. You will love working with them!

Marcela was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. We also had rave reviews by our guests about the quality of the food and the helpful demeanor of the staff at the event. It was one of the details my husband and I appreciated most about the wedding and would recommend them to anyone.

Great decision for our May wedding. Not only was the food delicious, but they were a fantastic team to work with. We truly felt like Carolina and her team were there to help us - both in planning and on the day of. We were able to have a family style meal and accommodate special requests (vegetarian meals, dietary restrictions, birthday cake, etc) with no extra fees or charges and overall was extremely reasonably priced. Their fee is truly all inclusive...linens, bar tenders, which makes it very stress-free in planning. The team gave us a great tasting ahead of time, was responsive in emails, helped our room set up go smoothly and was very professional and friendly. Loved this vendor, would definitely recommend them.
