I wanted to take the time and write about what a great company Coastal Building Maintenance is to work for as we have a great team of professionals working together.I work at one of the medical facilities in the janitorial maintanence. I just wanted to touch base with you regarding the excellent job your company is doing at our community. As a manager for many years I believe I have had more than my share of janitorial companies at the communities I have managed. Having said that, I must commend you and your staff for the incredible job that CBM continues to do after all of these years. Not only is your price extremely competitive, your staff are professional and always helpful.

We are truly blessed to have a member of our janitorial team that is so dedicated and takes so much pride in his work. We also had safety rounds today and the infection control and risk management team were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the facility.
