  Had an awesome experience with Clean Solar. Researched a bunch of places before deciding and Clean Solar came out on top. They have modular systems with monitoring. This is great since I can upgrade the system if I install a pool or get an EV. Installation was super easy and professional. It's been 9 months after install and no issues. Looking forward to my Net Energy Metering to see how it the consumption vs. generation balances out.

  My parents home has had a solar system by these guys for about 4 years or more now. The system works just fine and on the few occasions that they had to replace faulty equipment (not their fault) they have been responsive and communicate well. I think when you pick a solar company you need to go with the POST installation service to really know what you are getting. These guys get it done! Last year they even contacted me, to report one panel was not doing well and that they were going to fix it! Wow! I have another system by another big name solar company, and their service is far inferior to Clean Solar.

  I came here to say Clean Solar's service is ABSOLUTELY amazing! Marcia was our sales rep and who helped my wife and I navigate through all the ins + outs of going solar. She was extremely thorough and never once made us feel we were being "upsold." In fact, the opposite was true -- Marcia is always analyzing for looking at ways to get our cost down and best bang for the buck. Again, exceptional service all around!

  It has been a total pleasure dealing with the personnel at Clean Solar. Jisang Youn is my Senior Design Consultant who was my initial contact and has worked closely with me throughout the entire process. All Clean Solar personnel showed up exactly on time. I signed my Agreement on 5/3/17. Anthony Hollands did the final design work and pulled the permits. Next Julio, Mario, and Karl arrived on 6/5 and did the installation which was completed on 6/6. Everything involved with the installation was efficient and proceeded without any problems and in a timely fashion. Karl handled the final walk-through inspection with the city on Friday, 6/8 and on Monday, 6/12 I received my Permission to Operate (PTO) from PG&E. Throughout the process, Pamela Yin, Stephanie Jacques, and JoEllen Turner have been totally professional and supportive in their project management efforts. …This company knows what they are doing and how to treat their customers. One of the best experiences dealing with an installation company I have ever had!!

  I initially contacted Clean Solar about an installation on a home that turned out to be unsuitable for panels, but I was so impressed with their program and their staff that I ended up using them at another location. They were thoroughly professional, communicated well and followed up on every detail. There were a couple of small snags, but they dealt with them quickly and to my total satisfaction. Would give them my highest recommendation, and I'm generally pretty conservative about these things.
