  Rented from the store on Columbus Ave, could not recommend this place more. The staff are so friendly and helpful! Not only did they map out my bike route, and give me the heads up on all the best places to stop at, but also showed me all the places in the city to check out! Great service!

  Offers tutorials on how to use bikes if you’ve never used gears before and gives maps of the area with inclines and declines labeled. Offers local knowledge of where to bike and what to eat and what time everything should be done. Very friendly and is genuinely interested in giving customers a great experience.

  Amazing bikes and outstanding service. I rented a specialized road bike for my trip from San Francisco to Napa to Sea Ranch, California. CityRide offered personalized service even before I made my booking: the team answered all my questions via email, fitted my bike ahead of time and gave me great route recommendations.   Everything was smooth and good. Reserved the bike online with a 20% discount, bike was in very good condition, the city bike has "full" tires (no air) so you can't have a flat tire. Daniel was very friendly and patient and took his time to explain everything. ...

  Rented for 2 weeks on out tour of California including San fransisco/Yosemite/Santa Monica- Santa Barbara/Cambrai and Carmel. The bikes were high quality with locks/ spares provided. They even changed the front wheels to quick release so we could remove them quickly on order to put them into our hire SUV. The staff were brilliant and helped us at every step. Could not recommend highly enough.
