  This dance studio is a treasure, the real deal. Go to other dance schools to dance around, but Houston City Dance is where dancers are MADE. My young daughter danced at The Met for 3 years and she was getting bored. I looked around for an alternative school and I'm so thrilled that I found this studio. There is so much creativity, art, and passion happening here; the instruction is top notch and challenging. I am so impressed with the progress my daughter has made as a dancer and it has been exciting to see the growth of the other dance students, too. Many kudos to founder Sherese Campbell and her wonderful team for their hard work and dedication!

  If you are looking to really improve as a dancer, you have to come by Houston City Dance. The classes are small and intimate enough to give each student attention and all the instructors actually care about teaching you. They will correct you and make sure you are developing your skills, unlike other places that just fill up a room and let you make mistakes. ...

  My daughter and I have taken ballet, tap , jazz and modern and loved them all! Every class is taught by amazing treachers (who dance in the company) who are dedicated to helping you improve no matter how much experience you have had or your age! I say try a class!

  Whether you are looking to try a dance class for the first time or if you have been dancing a lifetime, I would highly highly recommend Mrs. Sherese's dance studio. Not only will you get the advantage of small classes and personal attention, unlike anywhere else, but all the teachers are amazing and the students are friendly and welcoming. The teachers will work with you at any level and age and help you to get you where you want to be as a dancer. I have been coming here since January of this year and I love it! I'm taking Ballet, Jazz and started taking tap this summer. They have many adult dancers as well as children taking classes. It's a great diverse studio.

  My wife and I were able to attend the sold out show of Behind closed doors, and it was fabulous. I recommend this intimate and seductive show for singles and couples to watch. The dancers are talented and entertaining. Please everyone go out and catch the show, you will not be disappointed!
