  I highly recommend Citrus Fresh carpet cleaning. Travis cleaned all of the carpet in my home today and he did an excellent job (and was very conscientious) . He moved all of the light furniture and items on the floor from each room and was very thorough in the cleaning. The cost was very reasonable and I am very pleased with the results. I will never use another company to clean my carpets again.

  I found CitrusFresh on Yelp and scheduled an appointment. Travis M was the Carpet Care Associate that came. He was on time, courteous, friendly and professional. I had a small job and low expectations since the carpet was soiled pretty badly. However, Travis said he would do his best to clean the mess. To my amazement, the carpet came out far better than I had hoped.
  
  I highly recommend them and would ask for Travis next time. He has a VERY positive attitude.
  
  Got to love the citrus smell in the house now.

  I found CitrusFresh thanks to Yelp. As if I'd do anything without checking the reviews first! I had been a loyal customer of Kiwi but the while their prices were going up, their service was going down. I liked the fact that CitrusFresh used natural ingredients and with the five star reviews, what was there to lose?

  You can book online or via phone. Ashley patiently answered all of my questions. She explained that they don't do in person estimates but they give 'exact-imates' and all of the prices are ala carte on Yelp and online. They had a three room and a hallway special that was almost the same price as the Yelp offer. Each cleaning comes with pre-treatment, odor removal, deep cleaning, deodorizing and triple hepa filtered vaccuming. They'll even move small furniture. You don't have to do anything but wait for them to show up. I bought the Yelp deal and hoped for the best. Best decision I ever made!
  
  Appointment
  
  It took a week or so to get one. I was given a two hour window and lots of reminders. I got a call a day before and then a confirmation email. The email introduced the three techs that work there and included a picture and a short bio about them. That was a really nice touch for safety reasons and just to be nosey. "So you love dogs, eh?" The tech called when he was thirty minutes away to give me his ETA.
  
  My Carpet Situation
  
  I probably should have led with that. You'd think the Brady bunch and four dogs lived here! I have every carpet problem you could imagine. It's well-worn, high traffic and there are a few too many spaghetti stains. Even with my scrubbing they would not go away so I moved the couch to hide them. Don't judge me! I was seriously considering pulling it up so my expectations were low.
  
  The Service
  
  Koven (the no re-clean King) was my tech. He was puctual, personable and professional. He gave me a complimentary bottle of spot cleaner and his card and went to work. I have gotten my carpet cleaned more times than I can count and I've paid handsomely each time. This is honestly the best carpet cleaning job I have ever had! He cleaned, buffed and even vaccumed the base boards. He went above and beyond. He was so thorough that I don't even want to walk on my carpet, even in my houseshoes!
  
  The Verdict
  
  I have officially broken up with my old carpet cleaning company and I am married to Koven (I mean CitrusFresh) for life!

  Travis with Citrus Carpet Cleaners just finished cleaning our carpets today. This was not quite what I expected. When I received the quote over the phone I gave them the dimensions of what we were getting cleaned and we have a very large single room which I was good with phone quote. Travis came in and was very nice and helpful and he actually said I see they quoted it as 4 rooms but truly he would classify this as a 3 room and then lowered my cost by over $40 and I was expecting to get hit with some tougher spot cleans and nope everything was included. Fantastic service from Travis, carpets are clean, they came in under initial quote and no add-ons. First time use and will use them again.

  Hats off to Citrus Fresh...Ryan was top notch and provided our home with exceptional service. They were on-time, timely, quick, leaving the carpet clean with a wonderful citrus smell. It was priced according to service. They even provided us with a complimentary bottle of their Citrus Spray for smaller jobs. The next day, we received a follow up call to insure we were happy with the service and results. We will continue to use Citrus Fresh for our carpet cleaning needs and services. Thanks again for the excellent (customer) service.
