Francisco is by far the best roofer in the whole area of Sacramento, Elk Grove and any surrounding area. When he came to give me a bid he was very informative and explained the difference between different products for shingles and he also gave me the lowest bid out of all 6 companies I went to by twice the price. Just because roofing is in high demands Cisco knows not to rip you off!!! The work is excellent compared to the competition I see around the neighborhood, the work isn't sloppy and they don't cut corners, Cisco knows exactly what he's talking about and it's a great knowing you have a roofing veteran working on something that cost a lot of money and will be on your house for years. ... he is a very popular roofer and he is booked about 1 month or 2 in advance But trust me it's worth the wait cause you'll save thousands and who doesn't like that!

We had our old, disintegrating shake roof completely replaced with a beautiful new composite roof by Cisco's roofing about a year and a half ago. The quality of the roof is outstanding and Cisco's work ethic was so professional and the team is polite and knowledgeable about their craft.

Our estimate was extremely reasonable and we were given honest time frames that the crew stuck to religiously. The roof has need doing fabulously with all of the rain and extreme winds this season.
In addition to the new roof, Cisco's installed brand new sheet steel gutters that are very well constructed and the sturdiest gutters you could ask for.
We are extremely happy with the roof work--thank you guys! -

Cisco and his team did a great job on our roof. They tore off the old cedar shake roof, sheeted the roof and installed nice dimensional composition shingles. They installed a sky light and solar tubes also and new domer vents. The city building inspector was very impressed with the roof also and immediately signed off on the permit. I highly recommend Cisco and his team.
