  It's my first time came here. Love the atmosphere here. I had Chau the owner cut my hair. She's really courteous and professional. She spent time to listen, consult and spent good amount of time to do my hair. I enjoy my new haircut and will be back in the future.

  Y'all, Amanda and Chau are MIRACLE workers. I went in with brassy highlights and a dark undertone and Amanda took me to this beautiful, light ashy blonde while still keeping the integrity of my hair intact. And then Chau managed to cut off all my dead ends and make me feel super fresh without me even noticing that my hair is shorter. (I'm trying to grow it out) I'm amazed. I've gone to people for years and never felt so happy walking out of the salon. I found my new hair home!!!

  I never write reviews but I had to for this salon. Having lived different places, I have a bad habit of switching salons frequently. Since moving to Houston ciao salon is the only place I've gone back to consistently. She is an expert at cutting hair, and no matter how busy the salon is she takes time to make sure she knows exactly what you want and puts a lot of effort into her time with you. I have tried other well rated salons in the area, and every single time I have left disappointed and have ended up immediately booking with Chau to have her save my hair. Couldn't be happier that I found this place, such a comfortable inviting environment with amazing skill

  Chau did an amazing job! She was able to squeeze me in within 24 hours too which was amazing!!! She listened to what I wanted and was careful not to cut off too much hair, which is apparently hard to find given other Yelp reviews from other salons. She even took the time to talk with me about my hair regimen, and what would be best and affordable for my price range when it came to products. My hair turned out just how I wanted it, will be recommending her to others for sure!

  Ciao really did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. I'm so impressed by her skills! The shop feels so comfortable like you're getting your hair done at a friend's house!
