I've see Dr. Gao on a number of occasion to treat Bells Palsy and lower back issues. ... For my lower back pain Dr. Gao was able to do more for me in one visit than a Chiropractor did in 7 visits. Dr. Gao is my first stop to alleviate any discomfort from a medical condition and I highly recommend her to treat almost any medical condition. Her exams are extremely thorough and with her Medical background and experience (She was a Physician and Professor in China) I hold the highest level of confidence in her to treat whatever I'm being seen for. Dr. Gao has an apothecary in her offices and can prescribe and prepare medicines on-the-fly.

Dr. Gao has some 40 years experience in acupuncture, and it certainly shows! I've been seeing her for the past 2 months to keep my migraines in check. Last week I went in while in the midst of a migraine, and when the third needle went in, I realized that my migraine was completely gone! She works with my insurance too. I'll be a long time customer.

Great office, great location, and. Dr. Gao is very friendly, courteous and professional who not only is an awesome TCM and acupuncture practitioner but has a medical background as well, so she really understands your concerns holistically. I went in with a splitting migraine that had left me incapacitated for the past 12 hours and she was able to fit me in right away. The acupuncture appointment was about an hour and by the time I left I felt like a new person. Really immediate results and very, very good experience. Will be retaining her as my permanent TCM doctor and will continue treatments regularly. I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Chunlin Gao brings decades of experience in both western and eastern medicine and was very highly recommended to me by an entire family I know that have all been treated by her. Despite her many many years as a doctor both here and in China, where she is from, I was initially suspicious that acupuncture didn't actually "work", but despite my skepticism my friends and physicians thought that there was merit in "alternative" medicine so I decided to let go of my disinclination. ...

Dr. Gao is incredibly sought after and making an appointment is imperative. Lucky for me (and everyone I suppose) Dr. Gao accepts insurance, and many insurance carriers will cover acupuncture. I would check with your HR department for more information on that.

Dr Gao is exceptionally skilled in her work, professional, and always so thoughtful in her manner. I initially went to Dr Gao at the recommendation of my Sports Medicine physician in 2006. I had developed severe pain emanating from my right lower back to my ankle, and I had to use walking sticks to travel back and forth to work via the ferry. ... Three appointments over the course of 10 days and the walking sticks are only used on hikes. I've continued to see Dr. Gao for general well being, stress, and the lower back pain that occurs when I overdue my garden labor. At the end of each treatment I can count on lack of pain and limber body condition, along with being very relaxed and peaceful. I'll continue going to her on a regular basis in part because I have a physical condition that needs periodic treatment, but without the impact of any pain medication.
