  Background: This past year I had two bicycle accidents in which I first fractured my right shoulder and then two fractures of my left hip and had to bike home (six miles) before getting medical attention -- which resulted in months of PT followed by an unexpected blood clot in each lung from bed and wheel chair.
  Chris helped re-spoke my wheels and took the time to fit me properly on my bike -- what a difference when you get things right.
