  Dr. Riley and his staff are great! Dr. Riley does not rush through the chiropractic process and he is able to diagnosis and fix issues. I would highly recommend them. I have referred family members and they are happy with his work as well.

  So I met this trio one day. And it change my life. Doc Riley, Kelly and Joe are awesome. Nice, down to earth, very friendly, very professional and very attentive. I recommend this place and their services to each and everyone. The Doc will get things cracking.

  When I moved to Baltimore, I was really upset to leave my previous chiropractor. I liked her alot. But I LOVE Dr. Barrett. He and the rest of the staff really genuinely care about their patients, and the quality of care is exceptional. I recently moved out of the Federal Hill neighborhood, but I will continue to commute to CHIROWORx for my chiropractic care because I can't imagine I could find better, more personalized care anywhere else.

  Dr. Barrett and his team are the absolute best! It's felt like home from day one. Not only are they just genuinely nice people but the service is awesome. My back hasn't felt this good for probably ten years. Trust me, they are the BEST in town, and you won't regret making that first appointment.

  I am able to be pain free because of regular chiropractic treatment at this practice. I even commute from Washington DC to Baltimore because of how helpful Dr. Barrett and the chiroworx staff are in helping me stay healthy. I have chronic migraine and previously I tried all of the typical pharmacological interventions and saw no relief. When I started coming here I broke out of an intractable migraine cycle and got my life back. I can't thank this practice enough and I would recommend that anyone with pain issues to try their services.
