  I had an excellent experience with Bob (the owner) at Chicago Roofing Services. I called around to get several quotes and they were one of the few that were friendly and timely at providing an estimate. The quote was fair for the job that needed to be done.
  
  I really appreciated the photos that Bob texted me throughout the day they rebuilt my chimney. I felt that was very thoughtful and certainly provided a lot of transparency to the work that was done.

  I am an experienced property manager and have worked with many different roofing vendors in the city. Chicago Roofing Services is at the top of that list. Not only did they do quality work but they helped me out on short notice when I was in a jam. They also uncovered another issue that would have been a larger issue had it not been detected. I would recommend to anybody and will definitely be using again.

  I had the team from Chicago Roofing Services out to do some tuck-pointing and sealing on the brick portion of my house. The first time the crew came out it was a very cold November day. The crew put some mortar/sealant down that didn't seal the way it should have, most likely due to the cold, but for the most part kept water and moisture out which is what I was mostly concerned about through the winter. Bob told me that when the weather warmed up he'd have his crew back out to re-do the work and make it look more aesthetically pleasing. He followed through and the work looks great.

  Missed first appointment but, had the dececency to call and inform me. Work was rescheduled for the following week. Bob's crew arrived at scheduled time and did the work in an orderly fashion. Bob evidently knows how to use his phone to his and your advantage, called upon arrival and later to let me know what may or may not have to be done. Before and after pictures were taken and shown to me. Would recommend and rehire in the future.

  Chicago Roofing Services just completed a job at a property I manage today. They kept me informed throughout the process and even sent pictures once the job was finished. I will certainly continue to use them moving forward and I have recommended then to all of my colleagues!
