The place for my weekly laundry. Reliable, clean, and price is ok. They forgot, once, to send my stuff back to store when I tried to pick up at the time we scheduled, the owner gave me a very sincere apology over the phone and never made mistakes since then. That's professional!

Impressive. They dry cleaned and altered vintage pieces left to my by an aunt who recently died. I was so nervous because the clothes are delicate and have enormous sentimental value. But Chenille really did an outstanding job at a very fair price. I will be back with my cashmere next.

These guys are awesome. Great service and when stuff goes wrong they apologize and work to fix it. Never had a laundry service this good-- it is quite impressive. I can't recall ever losing an item and they usually follow instructions quite closely. The service is fast and we usually get the laundry back 24-48 hours after pickup from our door. The folding is quite nice and the items don't wrinkle too much after being packed. We love and trust the service enough to give them a key to our building-- this made it very convenient for both of us. Thank you for the great service Chenille.
