    I have worked with many general contractors over the years and I have never had one that completed the work on time and on budget! Charlie Keen is the perfect choice for your kitchen or bathroom remodel. He is incredible in terms of his ability to do a fantastic job on time. He is also very easy to work with and has great ideas.     Charlie Keen and his excellent team of carpenters and subcontractors ripped off the sagging back of our 100-year-old Edwardian and rebuilt it from the ground up: new foundation, new framing, two new bathrooms, a new and expanded kitchen, two new roof decks, a new interior stairwell, a new exterior flight of stairs, a new guest room, a new playroom/music room, a new laundry room, and an awesome laundry chute. ...

    Charlie is very friendly and easy to communicate with, he remembers every tiny thing you ask about and follows through, and he is a perfectionist--he will show you a blemish that he's not happy with and will tell you how he's going to fix it, all before you've even noticed that something was a hairline off. ...

    Charlie recently completed a basement finish and stair replacement project for us. Working with him was a breath of fresh air; he and his team are craftsmen and delivered a great looking new bedroom, bathroom and staircase.

    Charlie delivered on time, on budget and worked closely with us and our architect throughout. He accommodated a number of last-minute changes and worked around us throughout construction. (We lived in the house, with an infant while the work was being done.) ...

    Not every project is big enough to need a General Contractor but if yours is I highly recommend talking to Keen Construction.
