  By far Dr. Poole is the best dentist I have ever had. He goes beyond what is expect and then some . He repaired my cracked tooth with no problem and even check up on me that same night. I highly recommend Dr. Poole for all your dental needs.

  Great team! Dr. Poole is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. Marisol is the best hygienist and very gentle too. I recommend them to all of my friends.

  Dr. Poole was a God send, literally! I had been looking for a dentist that I liked and wouldn't break the bank. For whatever reason, I was not finding any luck. Going to the dentist was not pleasant for me until I was recommended by a friend to check out Dr. Poole. I admit that I jumped around to find the perfect fit. I didn't feel like he was trying to get over or add on extra things. He was very honest and straight to the point. It didn't hurt that he could make you laugh out loud. He was able to convince me to get braces, I knew I needed them but I couldn't find a dentist who could get me ortho ready without the hassle. I've been going to him for over 3 yrs and while the commute is crazy because he is on the other side of town from where I live, it's worth me having a peace of mind. I think everytime I go, I get a different hygienist for my teeth to be cleaned but they all are good and pleasant. My husband even loves going to Dr. Poole. This is saying alot, who ever enjoys going to the dentist? We do! Give Dr. Poole a try and Thank Me later.

  It's hard to find a dentist in the city that isn't just about business or associated with a dental franchise office but somehow I got very lucky and found Dr. Poole through a recommendation by a colleague. I have been a patient there since 2013. It's a small practice with a sweet receptionist. Often when I call my calls go straight to voicemail but I always leave a message and I always get a call back. He always takes notes of small talks during your visits and asks about them during your next visit, which makes me feel important. For example during a brief conversation I brought up that I was going abroad and during the next visit he asked me about my journey. Other dental offices I have been to always try to sale me products but not at Dr Poole office. He seems to really care about his patient. Even though he seems to always be busy and I have to make my appointments in advance to get the day and hour I prefer, one time I had an issue and his receptionist was able to get me in the next day. Overall Dr Poole ROCKS!!!!

  I have been going to Dr. Poole for almost four years now. He and his staff are always professional, personable and they simply do an outstanding job. Recently, I had to have an emergency procedure done. I called his office first thing in the morning and Dr. Poole rearranged his day and took a shorter lunch to ensure I was taken care of as soon as possible. Later that night he called to check on me to see how I was feeling. He truly goes above and beyond and really cares for his patients. He's an excellent dentist, highly recommend!!
