  First hearing!
  Mr. Carbone is the best attorney hands down! I questioned whether it would be worth hiring a private attorney as opposed to a state one. I looked at many attorneys but ultimately decided on Mr. Carbone and was found suitable on my first hearing. I was able to spend Christmas with my family. I had some extremely challenging issues to answer for in board and his help in exploring these.

  My Brother and Family owed him a debt of gratitude.

  Mr. Carbone is a hard working and knowledgable attorney in the area of SB 261 he has assisted our family with service for the release of our brother. This is the first attorney in many years that we have felt is not driven by greed and money but more so results and justice. I would totally recommend him. Our hearing has not even took place yet but by faith I can sense he is going to bat for the case and I have no doubt the outcome will be favorable. he is a man of his word and delivers and meet timelines that he set forth. Two thumbs up for Mr. Carbone.

  Charles Carbone helped me gain my freedom from an 18 to life sentence. I spent 20 years in prison. Had I not know him, I still might be fighting to achieve my freedom. He prepared me for the parole board in every way possible. He opened my eyes and planted a seed in my mind and heart that flourished. He set me on a course of self awareness that led to my freedom. I thank God for the blessing of knowing Mr Carbone. He represented me in one of my numerous hearings and wrote the writ that eventually led to my court ordered release. I have been out of prison almost 2 years now! Living and thriving with another chance at a first class life. Thank you Mr. Carbon!
