  Charissa is everything AND more! After looking at her website and speaking to her over the phone, I knew I just had to have her photograph my wedding. My fiance and I were apprehensive and nervous about being in front of the camera and Charissa made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. The entire shoot we were laughing and having such a wonderful time. It was like hanging out with a friend we've known for a long time. After the shoot, we all went out for dinner which was really nice because I got to know Charissa and Pat on a level beyond just being our photographer. Your photographer is going to be with you the entire day of your wedding; it's important to know that you're going to be comfortable with them! When we got a sneak peak into our engagement photos, Charissa exceeded my expectations (and trust me, I had high ones to begin with). I am so in love with our photos (I may have shed a tear or two) and it just makes me so excited to work with her and Pat again for our wedding. If you want someone who is completely in LOVE with what they do, gives you 200% of themselves when doing their work, and just a downright wonderful person... Charissa is your girl.

  There are SOOOOOOO many wonderful things to say about Charissa and the AMAZING work she does! When looking for a photographer, Charissa was the first person to respond to a handful of inquiries that I sent out and immediately felt like a friend! The love and passion she has for her work was evident in her replies. Though I was really nervous, Charissa made me absolutely comfortable in front of her camera in no time. Her guidance and talent made our engagement photos PERFECT!!! I knew she was talented (Hello! Have you seen her work?!), but the photos FAR surpassed any expectations I had! We've received NUMEROUS compliments on our photos and "save the date" that was designed by Charissa. Did I mention she sent me our photos WHILE she was on her honeymoon?! Charissa has truly found her passion in life, and I'm sooo happy I found her! I am even more excited for our wedding day because I KNOW that all the important moments will be captured and our photos will be incredible! I think I've sent Charissa 101 "thank you" texts in the short-time that I've known her... I'm sure I'll send her hundreds more between now and the time we get our wedding photos. Words can NEVER express how talented she is and just how grateful I am to have found her! =D

  Charissa is AMAZING! A few weeks ago my fiance and I had our engagement shoot with her. The photos came out so good, I was surprised it was us in the photos! It was like something out of a magazine. We got the gold package which included a 3 hour session and two locations. She timed everything so perfectly! She suggested two locations that she loved and I'm so glad I she did. We wanted to do a sunset shoot on the beach and she got the sunset perfectly.
  
  You can tell Charissa is so passionate about photography. She was so excited which made us so excited! We are so excited to have her as our wedding photographer! I can't wait :)

  Serendipity -- this is the best word to describe how my husband and I found Charissa and Pat. What started out as a simple coworker referral turned out to be an incredible reunion of friends.
  
  Shortly after I reviewed Charissa's amazing work on her website (risspicsblog.com) I knew I had to have her as my wedding photographer. I showed my husband samples of her amazing photos and my husband was instantly sold. He recognized her name and soon came to realize that he went to college with her brother and played high school basketball with her fiancé, Pat. Needless to say, the conversation in our first meeting with them was filled with reminiscent stories, life updates, laughs, and of course our upcoming wedding details. In those moments, we instantly knew that Pat and Charissa were more than just our wedding photographers, they were going to be lifelong friends.
  
  Our wedding day in October of 2015 couldn't have been more perfect and we owe a great deal of our experience to Charissa and Pat's professionalism. They were on time, well prepared, and most importantly fun. They kept the day rolling along on schedule without ever making us feel rushed -- how that's possible I'm not quite sure, but like I said, the day was perfect. My husband and I still receive compliments as to how wonderful Pat and Charissa were throughout the entire experience.
  
  Lastly, the photos we received were nothing short of magical and exactly what we hoped for. Charissa and Pat captured every moment we requested and every moment we didn't even know we wanted! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants amazing photos, but even more so wants to work with amazing people. We will always cherish our wedding day and always be grateful for Charissa and Pat!

  Charissa and Pat are such an amazing team! Once I started planning my wedding, I knew instantly that I wanted Charissa to be our photographer. She was the only photographer we met with. A friend of mine had Charissa take her pregnancy photos and they were so beautiful! Those photos convinced me from the get go.
  
  Charissa is very sweet, genuine, and very easy to work with. She takes those cheesy poses and somehow turns them into great photos. What she does with light and colors is beautiful.
  
  She is super busy (obviously!) so make sure you reach out to her as soon as you can. My profile picture is actually from our engagement shoot with Charissa.
