So here’s our little backstory… My husband Josh and I launched our event planning business in February 2014 just a few short months after our own wedding.
I spent most of my life in fundraising and event work, dreaming of the day when I would open my own event business. After working alongside me at several events during our courtship and engagement, Josh found that he also enjoyed the loBeth and Josh Wedding Day-437gistics of events (and he is darn good at it too!). After we got past the beautiful craziness of our own wedding, Josh did the behind-the-scenes work of setting up our business legally while I continued a full-time event planning position. Once everything was officially in place, I made the transition from my J.O.B. and have been living this dream ever since! Read more

Wow... I can't even tell you how great my experience was with Beth and her team. She was amazing to work with from day one, and was able to keep me calm and organized through the whole process. I was told by so many of my friends that I was one of the most calm brides they have ever seen, and I credit that to Beth. Every Step of the way she was there to help. If you are planning a wedding call her! Trust me she is amazing!!

Beth is AMAZING! I can't believe I almost passed on having a wedding coordinator.....seriously....don't do it. It was so nice having Beth to help plan every little detail and to be there to coordinate all the moving parts for both the rehearsal and the wedding. Beth is so down-to-earth and manages to stay calm even when the bride, groom, parents, etc are not. Beth made it clear that she wanted to know every detail so that she didnt have to come to me with any questions on the wedding day, rather, she would just handle the issue her own. ... Both my mother and the grooms mother absolutely raved about how much they loved Beth and how absolutely worth every penny she was. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

We first met the Chappelows about 18 months before our October 2015 Wedding. As an event planner myself, I knew exactly what we wanted as we had spent 3 years planning our day so we needed a very strong and competent coordinator to make sure our dream wedding came to fruition - and it did.
