He is very professional and positive. Everybody in the office loves him. He comes in 3 times a week and we have had no complaints on behalf of our residents. Eddie C. was very professional and did a very thorough inspection. He went through the service plans diligently. I did not feel pressured into signing up for anything. He knew about the pests that I had concerns about and explained to me what package would best meet my households needs. He even answered my questions on the products being used. The prices were very affordable. He also thoroughly guided me through the form I needed to fill out for the sign up. Eddie was punctual and communicative with his appointment as well. Eddie had great customer service. I highly recommend Eddie and Certified Termite and Pest Control.
