Our clients are evaluated for a treatment plan that is custom tailored for the client by a specialized physical therapist. The client's treatment plan will include the most advanced and sophisticated methods and techniques used in physical therapy care. Our clients are treated by the same physical therapist throughout the course of their treatment.
The Centre of Physical Rehabilitation specializes in enhancing our client's physical wellness through twenty-five years of experience in manual therapy techniques and state of the art equipment. The Centre of Physical Rehabilitation is a licensed and certified facility by the Texas State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.

I've gone to CPR for a few injuries now. Serge and his team are top-notch, and I cannot recommend them enough. Serge is very knowledgable of the body and how it works. He's also very affable and reassuring. Quite simply, he's the best PT I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few due to sports injuries and other injuries over the years. Thanks CPR and Serge!

dr. serge and his team are fantastic! my mother in law gets outstanding service from dr. serge, dr. jason and the whole entire team. office manager is great mrs. rosie. if you ever need physical therapy for yourself or anyone highly recommend.
