  We started using Central City Air because the previous owners used them. We've continued to use them for their prompt response times, prices, and honesty. Our AC unit has lived a good life, and will die anytime now. Central City Air has twice recommended replacing a small part, instead of trying to sell us a whole new unit. This week, we turned our heater on for the first time, and it didn't sound right. The techs came out quickly, identified the problems, and we all worked with Linda in the main office to get our heat up and running just in time for the cold snap last night! Thanks so much to Central City Air for being reliable and affordable service that we can count on.

  104 degrees in Houston.....A/C goes out around 5PM......a call to CCA around 6PM....A/C repaired by 9:30 AM the next morning. It doesn't get better than that! Cudos and gratitude for CCA!

  Our AC went out this afternoon (Sunday) and my husband called the after hours help number. Within two hours, the service man is at our door. Less than 30 minutes he has the problem fixed by replacing the capacitor. Now that is great service. Again. This is the second time we have called Central City this year and we recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

  We have continued to use Central City Air regardless of any dis-satisfaction we may have had with them in the past. They put in our system and it seemed practical to have them continue to maintain it. ...
  ... We will continue call them for our A/C issues... which in these last calls were only for a thermostat concern and not in any way a problem with their previous work.

  We love CCA and have been customers since 1977. Would not consider any other company. David was a genius and the genius continues.
