Dr. Rawson was incredible. What a great experience. He listened to my complex history, asked great questions, answered all of my concerns, made me feel like my opinion was important, made me feel like he really cared about taking care of me. I have seen a lot of doctors in my days, and he was, quite simply, one of the best I have every seen. I really feel like he has my best interests at heart and is going to work very hard to take excellent care of me! It was a true pleasure to work with him!! Everyone at the practice, from making the appointment, to check in, to taking vitals were outstanding, very professional, very courteous, extremely efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone!!!

I've been a patient of CHARM since they were on highway 360, though I took a couple years off when I moved out of town. I've since moved back and found CHARM again! The new location is wonderful and of course it comes with the same great staff who provide excellent care. I only wish I'd found CHARM sooner, as I spent a while trying to find a doctor in Austin to treat my back and knee pain. They actually make me feel like they care about me as a patient and about finding the best treatments for my situation. Other doctors have made me feel like I'm just along for the ride on an assembly line: they do their procedure, get their payment, and anything else is a distraction. Now I just hope the prolotherapy helps my knee!

    Wow!

This place is great! After meeting the founders, Dr. David Harris and Michelle through the local Chamber of Commerce and I was pleased to find that this dynamic couple are not just brilliant practitioners and pioneers in their professions, but sincere down to earth people and neighbors who truly care about the well being of their patients now and for the long haul. ...

The knee injury dates back 17 years and have been getting trrateedd for various bouts with pain and injury over the course of thise years. This says a lot about Charm who is committed to reversing the chain reaction of injury, imbalance, and pain.

    So glad I found you!

In the "art of medicine," Dr. Harris is a Rembrandt! I made a nationwide search for a doctor like Dr. Harris and could not have been happier to find someone of Dr. Harris' caliber and experience in Austin. Dr. Harris performed 2 rounds of stem-cell therapy and PRP in and around 2 damaged discs in my lower lumbar, and he also did 1 follow-up PRP that got me from about 90% pain free to 100%. For the first time in over 6 years, I'm living without debilitating pain. As a result of the regenerative therapies, I have been able to work more, travel more, play more intensely with my 4 sons, live more, etc. I could not be more pleased and have referred both my parents and other family members to CHARM. Yeah, they are that good!

My first experience with CHARM was with stem cell treatment for the regeneration of cartilage and ligaments in multiple joints in my body. The staff there are easy to work with and are super professional. All the affected joints are much better since I had the treatment 10 months ago, especially a hip without any noticeable cartilage left (prior to treatment) and a shoulder that had been giving me issues since my 20's. This treatment may very well have prevented me having hip resurfacing/replacement in the next decade, and given me more quality years for the physical activities I enjoy. Thank you so much. You have earned my continued business.
