I was beyond happy with Shanita and Castle's Catering. At the last minute she agreed to cater my mother's funeral reception. She was so so easy to work with, professional, and her food was amazing. We got so many compliments. Her staff was excellent also. It was a very stressful time and she made it so there was one less thing I had to worry about. If I have another occasion to use a caterer, she will be the first one I call. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Shanita!

We were organizing a picnic from out of town for our son's graduation with many special diet needs for the guests including our granddaughter's lethal allergy to tree nuts. Well, Chef Shanita did it. We had a feast of delicious food that fit the vegetarians, gluten-free, vegans and nut allergies. We were most happy when we could tell our 12 year old granddaughter that she could eat anything at the buffet. Our son was happy because all of his friends could eat bountifully from the selection.

Hired for my company's weekly lunch. They came on time and food was delicious. Everyone loved it. There were no left overs. They were nice even though I changed the menu 2 or 3 times on them.

We hired Chef Shanita of Castle's Catering for a Private Work Function at our home. From the outset she was very professional and attentive to our requirements. On the night, she arrived with the food we had selected and set everything up for our guest to enjoy. The food was devoured and everyone commented how delicious it was. Castles Catering was a great find and we will definately be using them at our next function!
