  Went looking for a carpet installer on line and Vytas was the first to respond within a half hour. Wow! A couple of emails later and we were set for Joe to come and look at the carpet on the stairs that we needed torn up and replaced with new carpet. It took a couple of days due to rain as the stairs were on the outside front porch, but showed up at exactly the time promised and the job was completed quickly, perfectly and Joe even cleaned and swept up the area before he left. Vytas was amazing to connect with and Joe did an excellent job. Thank you both so very much!

  I've used Carpet Cleaning Group three times now. They have cleaned area rugs, upholstered furniture, wall to wall carpeting, and kitchen tile and grout. Five-stars across the board! Vytas is fantastic about communicating and scheduling, and his staff have been consistently great -- friendly, professional, and they get great results. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  Super happy with the service I received from Carpet Cleaning Group. I requested a quote at about 8am and they called me right when they opened at 9am (WOW!). They were super communicative and gave me a ring the day of and even offered to come a little early if I wanted.
  
  Nico and Oleg were very easy to work with, they were very friendly, polite, meticulous and respectful of my furniture and even put on plastic booties to keep my carpet clean! My sectional was done in about an hour. Each step of the way they explained what they were doing. I couldn't ask for a better experience and best of all the couch is super clean!

  All 5 members of my family (6 if you count our nanny) got a horrible stomach bug last night. 1 of my children made it to the bathroom to vomit. 1 all over me (lovely). And the other all over the carpet in my room. I could barely lift my head from my pillow this morning, but managed to do "request a quote' on Yelp for a carpet cleaning since my typical carpet cleaning company is closed on weekends. I reached out to a dozen or so local carpet cleaners...the calls started coming in within minutes, but Vytas from Carpet Cleaning Group was first. They said they'd be there in an hour (amazing!!) and gave me a price to clean all my carpets that was much less than I usually pay.
  
  The 2 guys who showed up were very friendly and got to work right away. They took care of the vomit issue (phew) and the rest of my carpet looks as good as the day it was installed.
  
  Next time I"ll reach out to Carpet Cleaning Group directly, although hopefully for just a maintenance cleaning.

  I had been planning to have my 5'x7" area rug cleaned but kept putting it off. About three weeks ago, I spilled a good amount of marinara sauce on it. Well, no more procrastinating having the rug cleaned! I scanned Google for carpet-cleaning companies and decided on CCG because so many customers gave them rave reviews. Other companies I'd used before cleaned the rug in my condo, so I was a bit wary about CCG having to take it to their premises for 10-12 days. All my concerns were alleviated when they returned the rug to me looking like the day I bought it 11 years ago! They cleaned the rug better than any service I used before. Nico and Dave, the two guys who delivered it, were very professional, polite, and friendly. I plan to have CCG clean my upholstered furniture early next year.
