  If you are looking for a knowledgeable, patient and thorough inspector, do yourself a favor and contact Gene at CapCity Home Inspection. He is excellent at explaining the entire process in detail, which was refreshing. I had a great experience and will use him again in the future.

  Gene was great. Found him from his website and was impressed with his background. Gene let me follow him around the house and pointed out everything, both important and not so important (but good ideas). He was on time, his report was complete with pictures, and he was one of the cheapest I got quotes for. Afterward he was very responsive to questions and discussed the findings of other reports with me (sewer, roof, pest, etc.). Would definitely use him again, and have referred him to friends that were very pleased.

  Third time using Gene to inspect a house. He once again is very thorough. I feel knowledgeable about the property I am buying because of his thoroughness. He even found things the pest inspector missed. Compared to other home inspectors, he is not a shill for agents.

  Attention all real estate agents and brokers. If you need an experienced home inspector with a discerning eye and well qualified resume - you've found him. Every time he is a true professional. You tell him you need that report ASAP and you get it earlier. He delivers the goods and is patient with the home buyers - answering all their questions. So rest easy and give yourself and your clients the VIP treatment with Mr. Gene Armstrong. Seriously one last detail to worry about once you retain his services.
