  I don't know much about bikes. I can't even change a flat, but Campus Wheelworks were super patient with me in answering all my questions and getting my bike fixed in half an hour. They even took the time to adjust my seat, which I've been meaning to do for a year now, but didn't have the proper wrench to do. I walked out of that store with much more knowledge on tires and ways to prevent a flat. I still don't know how to change a flat though, but in the meantime, if it ever happens again I'd be more than happy to go to Campus Wheelworks!

  I have bought 4 bikes from here along with a stupid amount of stuff to go with them. They are all passionate and can help you find exactly what you need. Not only are the people who work here super helpful when you want to purchase from them, they are just great humans in general. They are currently digging into their records to help me find proof of purchase because of a bike theft issue, this is not the first time they have helped me with this. I was even lucky enough to have (unknown to me) one of their employees bike past me while I had a flat... He changed my tube with one he happened to have on him at the time.

  I can't say enough how wonderful Ethan, Alex, & everyone at Campus have been to me over the years. Always taking care of repairs quickly & doing quality work. Offering me honest advice. And now after years of repairing my same bike, I finally bought a brand new one from them, that they more or less selected for me, based on my preferences & they really hit the nail on the head with what I wanted/needed! I am in love with my new bike! Thank you guys so much!

  So many bike shops turn me off by their condescending staff. Campus is the complete opposite. Their staff are extremely kind and helpful. Great product line and their turn-around time and service are really great as well. This is my favorite bike store in the city.
