  I must say that I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Campbell and Mr. Farahani. They were exactly what I was looking for in terms of direction, as they were clear,precise, to the point,informative and extremely professional. I was made to feel that their main concern was my well being, which I found refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a confident and knowledgeable legal team

  Had a great experience.. my case was originally simple to deal with on my own as it was a housing issue and the city was on my side. The landlord then tried to give me the lowest relocation assistance possible, ignored my requests for more based on my low income status, then gave it to me last minute and tried to take me to court when I refused to leave without a new 60 day notice. Ms Campbell not only helped me avoid court, I received my full relocation and all the rent I had ever paid into this illegal unit! Had some reservations based on the other reviews; though in the end my money was very well spent. ...

  I met with Fran Campbell and Nima Farahani this afternoon for legal guidance on a judgment filed by my former landlord. Fran and Nima quickly determined the unlawful detainer was invalid for improper service and thoroughly explained potential next steps. They were very candid about the cost of litigation potentially exceeding the amount of the judgment, and I was so surprised when Fran offered to make a phone call right on the spot to the landlords attorney to help me resolve this nightmare. I ended up with a clear strategy which would have never been possible without their expertise. Most importantly, it was very obvious that these two individuals really care about helping tenants who have been unfairly victimized by unscrupulous landlords. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone needing a tenant advocate.

  We spent with Attorney Campbell only about 20 minutes (at the free legal clinic organized by the Coalition for Economic Survival--I must thank them for this), but during this short period she impressed us with her quick and sharp mind, compassion, and deep analysis of our situation. She helped us with good advice, too. I doubt that we could afford her services (although we do need an attorney) but, regardless, I simply wanted to express my admiration for her and recommend her to others. Many thanks!

  Frances M. Campbell stop the housing and management companies from trying to make me homeless. Her immediate actions of notifying these agencies of their wrong doing made a huge difference. I was ignored for nearly 2 years and within thirty days she got an immediate response and took action on my behalf. I am blessed to have an attorney that listens and give great advice to her clients. Thank you Frances Campbell for all your help in getting me moved to another location for the new year and demonstrating care and compassion for me.
