  Dr. Baggett gave me a thorough eye examination and more importantly he had the courtesy to laugh at my corny jokes! Very friendly office and their suggestions picking out frames were on point, definitely recommend.

  I had a great experience with Dr. Baggett, he made me feel very comfortable as he explained every part of the exam. I'm very confident in his diagnose. Jennifer helped me out, she was extremely nice, to the point of helping me choose a new set of frames and explaining me how my insurance coverage applies. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

  Cal Ave optometry is awesome. I go there for my yearly eye exams and have been really satisfied. Dr. Lovering is my doctor but I have also gotten to know Dr. Baggett recently and they are both super competent and super nice! Strongly recommended!

  I traveled to Palo Alto from Southern CA for a horse show and the morning that I was supposed to compete I had a contact lens disaster - I lost my lens and the back up lens got stuck to the other one. This has never happened in the 30+ years I have worn contacts. So I was virtually blind in one eye. I called California Ave Optometry and they were open at 8:15 am and Brenda was amazing. She called my eye doc at home and got my prescription and a half hour later I was in their office with a replacement lens. Brenda was super sweet, incredibly helpful and did not charge me for the contact. I was very touched by her going so out of her way for me -- as I was not a regular client. Thanks to her, I came in first place in my Dressage test! :)
