Ralph really is the inspector's, inspector! He is quite detailed and conveys the information in a non-alarming fashion. Very professional, courteous, always on time, very careful and respectful in the home he is inspecting, yet leaves no stone unturned. What a nice man to boot. We generally ask our customers to check out his credentials on his website to get a better idea of who they are hiring. We feel very blessed to have him on our short list of trusted vendors.

As someone new to Miami, I had no idea which company I should contact to help me with my home inspection. Fortunately, my realtor recommended Ralph Cabal. Knowing that I needed to have the inspection done as soon as possible, he scheduled an appointment for me right away. On the day of the inspection, he arrived on time and started to work immediately. ... ... With such a thorough and fair evaluation, the seller was willing to pay quite substantially for the repair/upgrade on the property.
