  The folks that fixed my broken trap were a pleasure to work with. I had sewage backing up into my basement which was an utter nightmare - especially because I have two tenants that also live on the property. They came out first thing in the morning, and worked straight through until about 6:30p. All is fixed and I can flush again without worrying about a nasty, nasty mess. I wish I could remember their names, because I'd like to thank them again for giving me peace of mind. I could breath again...

  After having a horrible after horrible experience with a long time plumber, our church called Buzz Duzz and they showed up less then 15 hours after we called (we called after hours)! They did a great job and gave us great input and further advice on things we could do ourselves. Basically- they were the Hero's of plumbing that we needed! Thanks Buzz Duzz!

  I called them after hours and they responded less than 24 hours later. They came out and told me what I needed and also made recommendations. They are honest, timely, and affordable. I've used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

  After 2 other estimates, and a plumber who failed to show up to do the job, I called Buzz Duzz on Monday for an estimate on 10 feet of waste pipe replacement in my basement. Someone came out Tuesday morning, provided an estimate that was significantly less than the other 2, and I added on 30 more feet of pipe replacement for a total of 40 feet (as they were also cracked, but not yet leaking). They came Wednesday morning and did the job in 3-3.5hrs, which also included digging into my basement concrete and re-cementing it afterwards. I'm really pleased with the quality and efficiency of the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

  I had this company come out to fix a leak under my tub that 2 other companies could not find one tried to sell me a new tub and suround 1600.00 and the other said we will have to replace the overflow and open my ceiling below 850.00 then I called buzz duzz and the tect found the over flow washer was bad and replaced it 135.00... its not so much the cost it was this guy took the time to find the real problem no mess and he warrenteed it for 90 days and no more leak. Honest plumber how about that. And I hope this is the only buzz duzz these guys are from 6918 tulip st...215-533-7000
