This is a great practice! Dr. Bursett is wonderful. They have a great selection of reasonably-priced, very cool frames. It's large enough to find the perfect pair without being overwhelmed. They will be honest with you about what frames look good, as well as the pros and cons of each (comfort and function). I tried a different practice once and regretted it. I'll stick with Bursett Optometry. They're awesome! (I've been going here for ~4 years or so)

Recently, they hooked me up with my first pair of prescription sunglasses with a very short turn around time so I could have them in time for my sunny vacation. I wore the sunglasses the whole trip and they were perfect. -

The serene feeling of the office was overshadowed only by the warm greeting of Andrea and Dr. Bursett when I walked in the door for my appointment. Bursett Optometry offers professional, friendly, efficient, no pressure service.

I have worn glasses since I was a small child and have seen many optometrists over the years, but Dr. Bursett is the absolute best. She is thorough and precise and I'm confident that my vision is maximally corrected. She also cares not only about your vision, but the overall health of your eyes. I've ordered glasses and contact lenses from her office and the customer service is top notch--Andrea, her assistant, is awesome! Love that she's located in Eastlake which is easily accessible and free parking in the building. I can't recommend her highly enough!

... Both Lisa and Andrea were professional and friendly. I have known Lisa for years and was excited to finally have her covered by my new insurance. Lisa did so many different tests on my eyes to ensure the correct diagnosis compared to my last optometrist which maybe did two tests (sorry, I don't know the names of the tests).

When it came to frames, she had a great contemporary selection, many very European and clean designs. Lisa immediately pulled out about 6 frames for me to try and all looked great (meaning she can help select frames when you may be clueless where to start).
I ordered my frames, they arrived about a week later and Andrea fit them for me and was able to distract my toddler at the same time. Excellent service, and can not wait to visit again. Thanks Lisa and Andrea.
