  George is a gem!
  
  My car broke down during my move, and George's shop was too busy, so I had it towed to another place nearby, Green Drop Garage-- (don't go!) --couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car after the $133 in diagnostics, and told me that it was probably the computer or a serious wiring problem that would cost me over $1000 to get fixed, I took it to Burnside Auto Repair for a second opinion. George charged me $90 to diagnose it, figured out that sensor needed replacing, and the entire cost is $300. ...

  Always kind and helpful. First came here on a recommendation from a friend. Sometimes I'm on the phone or waiting at the counter for a bit but I don't even mind. One time they had trouble diagnosing my electrical issue because I failed to disclose the fact that I had plugged an adaptor into the cigarette lighter, which was shorting the system. Long story short they had to fix my car a second time and didn't charge because of their misdaignosis, based on my misinformation.

  George and his team have been incredibly helpful while I was having some serious car issues. George has taken the time to explain everything to me, without being irritated or condescending (which has definitely happened in the past with other mechanics). He's very welcoming and kind, and more than happy to help me through some tough times with my old car.

  I purchased an older vehicle with low miles, knowing that the previous owner had not driven regularly. I asked for a thorough diagnostic, which was completed in a timely fashion. The mechanic and I sorted through the list and identified the items absolutely required, and those that could wait. They were fine not completing all of the items, and made clear those that must be done to ensure a safe vehicle. Repairs and overdue maintenance done in a day without any hitches.

  I went to Burnside auto repair and George very friendly . they also fixed my car efficientlyand haven't had a problem since .I dropped it off before work and picked it up after .thank you very much George
