I love it! Definitely makes yoga more exciting. You get a fantastic workout without feeling like you're gonna keel over. Erica, the instructor, is awesome! Super friendly, funny, & makes you feel comfortable. I can't wait to go back!

Normally I'm not one for reviews but I have to give props where they are due. Erica is extremely talented and super supportive. Despite my nerves, I felt completely confident and comfortable with her instruction. I'm definitely looking forward to learning more and am so pumped that B.A.D is offering this to Buffalo. Just another reason I love this city. #buffalove

Cool space, cool people, cool class. Not only are the instructors AMAZING (I've taken beginner classes in silks, trapeze, lyra and yoga) but they help you to do AMAZING things. Moves that I first attempted and thought "no way I'll ever get this down" I can now do. I'm building strength and skill faster than I expected and it makes these classes so rewarding. Not only do the instructors feel supportive but somehow this place attracts the most supportive students too. Everyone introduces themselves and provides pointers to others as we're all at different stages. Buying a pack of classes is one of the best gifts I've given myself this year.
