  My wife and I bought our first above ground pool from Budget Pools in 1976. That experience was wonderful. The Shey family who operate this business are top notch. Jack Shey's mom and dad where the original owners. Now Jack Jr. And his sister Maureen run the business. So we returned to buy another above ground pool and nothing has changed. The service was excellent as usual. Budget Pool set up the installation with the Green Co. I was very satisfied with their work.
  The pool was delivered as promised and we could not be happier. I return to the store for water tests and am always guided in the right direction. Place your trust in this company, they will be there for you long after the sale.

  We purchased a complete pool set up from Budget Pools in Peabody and I have to say from point of sale to installation it was the smoothest operation I have ever been involved in. The staff at Budget is very knowledgeable and so willing to help. Their installation sub contractor was aces in my book. I would highly recommend this company when you are in the market for a pool.   To whom it may concern:
  
  My wife and I purchased a pool for our daughter Tanya Porcella and her family from your establishment at the end of July. First off I want to let you know Mike who was the gentleman who waited on us was an outstanding employee. He took his time with us, showed us different pools and set ups, he explained in detail what had to be done to get a pool installed, set up and running. We received a list of your installers and chose to hire Jim Lucy for our installation.
  
  Now it is time to discuss Jim Lucy, the man was outstanding, so professional, he helped co ordinate the guy with the bobcat to level the yard , he stayed in contact with us letting us know ahead of time when he and his crew would be there . He was punctual and a true gentleman to work with . We were in awe watching them set that pool up in one day. As soon as the deck finally arrived he made it a point to get us in his schedule and officially get the pool running.
  
  We also have to commend other staffers who have answered questions on the phone when we had questions, your staff is very well versed on their products which is something you typically don't see in many businesses.
  
  I have family who have purchased pools from another Peabody pool company and all they have said is how shoddy it was poor quality bad set up and so on. We feel as a family that your company is five star, we could not be happier with our choice of pools or the company we chose to do business with . Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Budget Pools.

  Budget pools is the best pool store in the area, hands down. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will take all the time you need for you to make the right purchase.
  
  I couldnt be happier about the pool we bought from them and the continued support. They will even talk you out of buying something if they feel its not warranted. i was quite surprised at that one!

  As it's been stated in previous reviews, these people do know their stuff! I'm a new pool owner (past two seasons) and their expertise has been invaluable and have save me a lot of headaches with my pool. I know they are a bit pricey, but if it were not for their guidance, I think I would have given up and closed down my pool. It's so frustrating when you have no idea of what you're doing. And they are just so good at explaining every thing even a novice like myself gets it. Good job, Budget Pools!

  The staff is honest and quick! I love going here because it is so well run. They always figure out what I need when I cryptically describe it or try to imitate a sound. The service desk always asks questions to clarify what i need and get me the right part or chemical.

  From the first time I visited Budget Pool about 6 years ago they have been extremely helpful. At the time being a new home owner with the first time owning a pool (that looked like a swamp) they took the time to walk me through every step to have success.
  
  I continue to drive about 15 miles to this store because of their customer service, knowledge and helpfulness.

  ... After the lab analysis at Budget, they helped me solve the problem by correcting the imbalance in my pool water. ... Imagine my surprise when Budget pool staff, knew exactly what it was and the part was in stock. Budget may not be the most inexpensive, but they save you money by giving you good advice, the other pool vendors would do well to follow their model.
