Our heat pump with electric backup died for the 3rd time so we decided to convert to gas. We got several quotes from NWNG approved suppliers (they are one). Budget was about 10% under their competitors and seemed to me to be the most knowledgeable. They handled all of the permitting, electrical subcontractor, etc. Our home had no gas service to the house, but it was available in the street. Their 3-man team got the job done in one day and even upgraded to the 4" thick air filter I wanted, but forgot to ask for. The equipment is Rheem and we went with the 96% efficiency furnace which I strongly recommend.

Dayven just stopped by at 8:00 pm to help with our furnace that wasn't working. First cold night of November. I'm not a handy guy and apparently the filter needs to be changed more than once per year! My dirty filter was making the unit overheat and shut down. Not good for furnace longevity. He had a replacement in the truck and we're good. I learned something and the house call cost was reasonable. He thinks that I can get several more years out of the unit if I change the filters. Save some money, right? Thanks.

I had them run a new gas line and decommission an old one. They showed up on time and were very professional. Not only was their quote below others I had gotten, they were quick and efficient and got the work done within an hour. I am very very pleased with their quality and service.

... These guys were all over it, at no cost. And it wasn't even perfect after their first attempt, so they were more than happy to come back and get it the way we needed it. Their original price was incredibly competitive, and their support has been great (which is the real test). I have since used them for two other properties (friends abroad and a rental unit). I won't go anywhere else. They provide good value and build their business on referrals. ...
