I chose Brushed Interiors based on positive Yelp reviews, and the reviews were spot on in terms of the work of Dave and his team. During the consultation, Simeon spent over an hour with me going over options. We made great choices in colors and approach. He and Dave did a great deal executing the paint job and the clean up after each day's work was great, as I came home to both progress and an apartment that was in order. They got through the entire apartment in 4 days. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start fresh and create a home in a brand new apartment.

I hired Dave solely based on yelp reviews. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our project included a living room, dining room, hallway and 2 bedrooms in a prewar apartment that had been a bit neglected. He personally managed our project and worked side by side his staff. This was very important to us because so many contractors claim to do the work when giving an estimate but then leave you with a motley crew of people who have not been clearly instructed. Also, if you live in a landmark building or a co-op like we do then Dave is your painter! He followed the building rules and won over our super, which made our lives as new residents so much easier! As a painter, he is very skilled, great at setting expectations, and a great communicator. No doubt we'll hire Dave again!

Ben and Dave did an amazing job. ... The quickest turnaround I have ever experienced. My apartment is not an easy one to paint (tons of details), but the painters took it in stride, and did a quick yet beautiful job. They also fixed holes and cracks for me! They were very protective of my wood floors and clean overall. The paint job consisted of the living room, dinning room, and hallway, and the whole job took less than two days! I expect to call Brushed Interiors for my next projects for as long as I live in NYC!
